Therapeutic Education Program
The Therapeutic Education Program is designed to support students in grades 9–12 whose mental health needs impact their ability to fully engage in their educational experience. Through a collaborative partnership with Canvas Health, students receive coordinated therapeutic services and individualized educational support in a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
The program integrates academic instruction with mental health support to help students build emotional regulation, resilience, coping strategies, and self-advocacy skills while continuing to make progress toward graduation. Licensed educators work closely with mental health professionals to develop individualized plans that address each student's academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs.
The goal of the Therapeutic Education Program is to promote student well-being, increase school engagement, and provide the support necessary for students to experience success both academically and personally. Students are referred through their school and must meet program eligibility requirements. Families interested in learning more about the program or determining whether their student may benefit are encouraged to contact their school counselor or Dean.
